Lackadaisical?

Haha Its time to use the new word I learnt from Mr. Murugan (Kasturi English teacher) - lackadaisical ;D
I just love the way this word sounds, it’s so fun. :P
Oh, and look at the blog tittle, look at how the little letters curve! so pretty XD
Lackadaisical. It seems like a word that would describe something very active and energetic, but in reality it’s the opposite o.o

Okay, so this is the thing. I do love holidays, as I get to go out with friends, watch movies, play games, bake cookies with my sister, etc. But there's this ONE thing that I really don't like about holidays, it makes me feel very unprogressive, stupid, useless, and yes, lackadaisical

You know you have a ton of things to do and tons of undone homework to be done; yet you put things off. You know you have SPM next year and should be studying ;yet you find yourself watching anime, playing tetris battle, facebook-ing, blogging(look, even now!), shopping or even lying on the bed doing absolutely nothing!

Then? The stress builds and you start to have the negative self talk, "I should be doing something more..something useful..", "What am I going to do if I don't get it done?","What if I don't remember a thing that I'd learnt last year in school when school reopens?" Then tension builds up even more. The aftermath includes mentally beating yourself up, promising that you'll never do that again and will start all over tomorrow! But yet, you do it again.

UH t.t
Dear Holiday,
I'm sorry, I know I shouldn't be putting the blame on you.
BUT, aaaaaaaa. -.-

Pau Project: Kou rou pau, Peanut pau, Siew pau

Mwahaha. my pau project is progressing very well!
Woke up in the morning and walked to Desa Setapak's hawker centre with my sister today to have our breakfast :)

Let me present to you.. 扣肉包!
rm2.30 each
 Pillow-looking outside o.o
The inside! filled with a generous amount of pork (tasted like the pork in 粽子 )
Looks good huh? ;) it was.

 Peanut pau
rm1.50 each
As you know I'm a peanut lover, so I was really excited when I was peeling the pau skin.
But when I tasted it, it turned out to be a big letdown :(
IT WAS SO SWEET!

Anyway, lets move on to our Siew pau.
rm1.20 each
Kee Mei Seremban Siew Pow, ho chiak!

Two From Galilee

Attended  Metro Tabernacle's Christmas production - Two From Galilee.

Its the love story between Joseph and Mary before the birth of Jesus. They had to face some unexpected challenges that forced them to abandon all their dreams and plans to embrace their destiny as the chosen ones to carry the world’s hope on their young shoulders.

I was deeply impressed by their performance!
The very well setup props, costumes, inspiring acting, singing and dancing made the whole musical so realistic that I felt as if I was in Bethlehem myself! haha My personal favorite part was when Joseph's parents and the villagers sang 'What are you waiting for, Joseph' to him XD
Very well done!

You were amazing!! :)

Happy 71th Birthday yeye!

Hoho. its 17th of december, yeye is officially 71 today!
Since he don't fancy cakes or western food,
we decided to bring him to Soo Kee Restaurant for lunch :)
(took us sometime to convince him to go! pfft, he and his 'eeeh'!)

It was quite jam at MRR2, so we reached there only at about 1.45pm :(
Felt so sorry for yeye, his tummy must have been grumbling !

Camera shy?
haha! he was actually rubbing his face :P

Good thing it wasn't long until they served the food. *jeng jeng*
 Soo Kee's famous Char Siew.
